I usually double this recipe and freeze. You will have to play with the seasonings to your taste. Serve with white rice and warm corn tortillas.
MEATBALLS 1 Pound Ground Round 1 Each Egg 1 Each Yellow Onion, Diced White Rice, Uncooked Salt, Pepper, Garlic and Oregano ********************************** ********************************** SOUP 12-14 Cups Water 1 Can Tomatoes 3-4 Each Scallions or Green Onions 3-4 Stalks Celery, Chopped 3-4 Each Carrots, Peeled and Chopped Chopped Onion Chopped Potatoes Bouillon Cube 1.
