SIZZLING PARTY BEEF KABOBS

Pineapple chunks can be served as a side dish along with steamed rice, broccoli or asparagus and soft dinner rolls. Red or White wine if desired.

MARINADE
1/2 Cup Green Onions Chopped
1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
3 Tbsps Oil
1/2 Cup Beef Broth
1 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper

KABOB INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 Pounds Sirloin Steak, Cut Into 2 x 2 x1 Inch Pieces (Trimmed of any excess fat)
8 Each Fresh Mushrooms
2 Each Red Onions, Quartered
4 Pieces Bacon
8 Each Cherry Tomatoes
1 Each Red Pepper, Cut Into Strips (If desired)

OPTIONAL GARNISHES
1 Can Pineapple Chunks, Drained (I baste with a little marinade and place on foil and grill)

1. Place meat in a bowl. Mix marinade ingredients and pour over meat, coating meat. Cover.

2. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.

3. Add mushrooms to marinade. Simmer onion quarters in water until barely tender.

4. Thread the meat, mushrooms, onions, cherry tomatoes, and pieces of bacon on individual skewers.

5. Broil about 4 inches from heat (I do on the barbecue). Turn and baste while cooking for 12 to 15 minutes until glazed.
